Programme planning expert; responsible for developing and maintenance of programme macro plan, roadmap and project-interdependency management through project milestone consolidation (MS Project Server). Implementation of budget and risk management processes. Enforcement of standardized progress reporting and consolidated reporting for top management. Setting up automated tracking and control mechanisms incl. resource management processes (in SAP). Lift implemented PMO systems and processes to portfolio level.
